Hi, I'm Julie Clark
I’m an experienced personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach obsessed with living a healthy lifestyle and passionate about engineering best health and performance.
A trainer, coach, educator, wife, mum (to three beautiful sporty kids) and nurse – my happiest days are spent in the gym, spending time with my family, outdoors camping and empowering the motivated to achieve the best version of themselves.
Working as a registered nurse, I have the privilege of providing compassionate care and supporting patients at critical times in their lives. I have always had a strong interest in strength & conditioning and have participated in different sports throughout my life. After completing my fitness qualifications, I was inspired to combine my nursing knowledge and passion for helping people to training people to become healthier, fitter and stronger. I believe health and fitness go hand in hand and I have the best careers in the world.
