Strength & Conditioning

Pre and Post Natal
Congratulations! Pregnancy and early motherhood is a wonderful time in a woman’s life and is often a great opportunity to focus on lifestyle, exercise and healthy eating to nurture yourself and your baby. A sensible exercise program will benefit you to improve your stamina, posture and overall health as you progress through each stage. Each woman is different, each pregnancy is different, but you all need confidence when you sneeze, cough, jump and laugh.
Online Personal Training
Sometimes all you need is an instruction guide and to know someone is monitoring your progress every step of the way. Online Personal Training is transitioning what we do face-to-face to an online platform. You can even send me videos of you performing the exercises so I am monitoring your technique every step of the way. Let me design a personalised health and fitness training program for you and your lifestyle. You can train anywhere and anytime at your convenience. I can also help point you to experts who can help if it is outside my scope of practice.
Nutrition Resources
Exercise is only one facet of a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes you may need a little bit of guidance to make good choices when you eat, so you can have more energy throughout the day. Through making sustainable healthy eating choices, you are on your way to living longer, and feeling physically, emotionally and mentally stronger. If you require more specialised nutritional advice, beyond my scope of practice, I work closely with a local dietitian who is always willing to assist you.
